Create a town square in the heart of Bondi Junction

The decline of ‘bricks-and-mortar’ retailing is underway and is likely to only accelerate due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapid rise of online retailing alternatives. As such, the heart of Bondi Junction’s CBD may be better utilised as a town square / town park to improve the amenity of the ever-increasing population moving into the many newly built apartment buildings in the surrounding areas.
