Rosie’s journey began in project management, from orchestrating Australia’s biggest music festivals in her early career to navigating the landscape of government.

With a pivot following Covid disruptions, she made her mark in roles spanning the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Office of the CEO at Investment NSW, and the Office of the Secretary at the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.

During her time within the NSW Government, Rosie spearheaded strategic projects that bolstered the development of NSW’s future industries. She played a pivotal role in Departmental budget submissions, strategic vision crafting, and driving investment projects.

Rosie’s leadership extended beyond her official roles, as she chaired both DPC and DEIT’s Young Professionals Networks, providing a platform for over 1000 young professionals to engage meaningfully with their departments.

At the Committee for Sydney, Rosie leverages her project management prowess as the Executive Officer to the CEO and Project Manager. Driven by a genuine passion, she empowers individuals to execute high-impact projects that hold the potential to shape our city for the better.
