Committee for Sydney response:
Committee CEO Dr Tim Williams: “We have called for the faster rollout of the Opal Card, and so today’s announcement is great news as people will not realise the full benefits until the whole network is covered. Opal is becoming the new must-have card in your wallet. It will transform the way we access public transport in Sydney”.
