Kindly Hosted by Arup
The Committee for Sydney was proud to host an event with Arup’s Richard de Cani, Global Planning Leader and Trent Lethco, Americas Planning and Business Leader. The event explored how transport oriented developments can facilitate growth and development in our cities – prioritising people, the creation of public space and increasing opportunity in a global context.
Richard and Trent shared their insights into international projects where Government and private sector collaboration have made possible the successful, community-focused renewal of urban places and precincts. They also discussed precinct level master planning, value creation and value capture as a strategy to build the most complex urban environments.
The Committee would like to thank Arup for generously hosting this event.
